DetailsDelivery, Receiving & Logistics
Commercial Freight Receiving & Delivery
Shipping commercial equipment to Central Florida? Ship qualifying freight to our warehouse and let Heavy Moving Company handle the rest. We receive it, photograph it, hold it until your customer or project is ready, then deliver it the final mile — inside and placed, not left at the curb.
DetailsWarehouse Receiving & Final-Mile Delivery
If you sell heavy products into Central Florida but don't have a local warehouse or delivery crew, we can be both. Your shipments come to us, wait in our warehouse, and go out to your customers on their schedule — delivered inside and placed.
DetailsCommercial Final-Mile Delivery
The last mile is where heavy freight gets complicated: no dock, narrow doors, stairs, a second floor. Our final-mile (or last-mile) delivery crews take commercial equipment from a terminal, warehouse or supplier to the exact room where it belongs.
DetailsWhite-Glove Commercial Delivery
White-glove delivery goes beyond setting a crate inside the door. We unpack, inspect, position and tidy up — so a showroom piece, medical device cabinet or designer furniture order is ready to use the moment we leave.
DetailsFreight Terminal Pickup & Delivery
Your freight is sitting at an LTL terminal because the carrier couldn't deliver it — no dock, no liftgate, nobody to sign. We pick it up from the terminal and bring it to your door and inside.
DetailsContainer Unloading & Equipment Delivery
Imported equipment and FF&E often arrive floor-loaded in 20- and 40-foot containers with a tight free-time window. Our crews unload containers at our warehouse or your site, inventory the contents and deliver them where they need to go.
DetailsCommercial & Facility Moving
Office Movers
Relocating or reconfiguring an office in Orlando? Heavy Moving Company moves executive desks, cubicle systems, conference tables, filing cabinets and heavy office machines with minimal downtime for your team.
DetailsCommercial Furniture Movers
Need heavy commercial furniture moved in Orlando? Heavy Moving Company delivers, relocates and places office, hotel, restaurant and retail furniture — including oversized conference tables and stone-top reception pieces.
DetailsFF&E Movers & Delivery
FF&E — furniture, fixtures and equipment — rarely arrives on the day a project is ready for it. We receive FF&E shipments at our warehouse, hold them until the space is ready, then deliver, carry in and place every piece room by room.
DetailsHotel FF&E Movers
Orlando hotels renovate floor by floor while guests are still checking in. We receive guest-room case goods, headboards, lighting and lobby furniture, stage them by floor and deliver to rooms in the order your contractor turns them over.
DetailsHotel & Hospitality Movers
Renovating a hotel or resort in Central Florida? Heavy Moving Company supports FF&E projects, furniture replacements and equipment relocations for hotels, resorts and hospitality groups across the Orlando market.
DetailsApartment & Multifamily Equipment Movers
Apartment communities are full of heavy shared equipment — fitness center machines, laundry-room washers, clubhouse furniture and model-unit staging. We deliver, replace and remove it with minimal disruption to residents.
DetailsEvents & Conventions
Event Rental Delivery & Setup
Rental companies and planners call us when the gear is heavy, the venue is tight and the load-in window is short. We deliver, carry in and set tables, chairs, stages, dance floors, bars, arches, tents and production equipment for events across Orlando — then come back after the last dance to break it down and load it out.
DetailsEvent Setup & Breakdown
Sometimes the rentals are already on site and what you need is muscle on a clock. We supply trained crews for event load-in, room flips between sessions, and fast late-night teardown and load-out — with or without our trucks.
DetailsConvention Delivery
Exhibiting in Orlando and need equipment delivered to the show floor? Heavy Moving Company provides convention delivery for exhibitors and vendors — booth materials, event equipment, pallets and crates, plus post-show pickup.
DetailsTrade Show Movers
Need a booth or exhibit moved for an Orlando trade show? Heavy Moving Company transports displays, kiosks, demonstration equipment, event furniture, pallets and crates between warehouses, hotels and show venues.
DetailsTrade Show Setup & Breakdown
Exhibitors with heavy booths — demo machinery, display cases, crated fixtures and large graphics — use us to get freight to the show, positioned in the booth and back out again when the show closes.
DetailsOCCC Delivery
Exhibiting at the Orange County Convention Center? Heavy Moving Company provides local delivery and pickup for exhibitors and vendors on International Drive — booth equipment, pallets, crates, product and post-event removal.
DetailsRemoval & Replacement
Equipment Removal & Decommissioning
Closing a location, clearing space for a remodel or retiring old machines? We remove heavy commercial equipment from the building and take it where it needs to go — a buyer, storage, donation or disposal.
DetailsEquipment Swap-Out & Replacement
Replacing a commercial unit usually means two jobs — getting the old one out and the new one in. We do both in one visit, so your space is only down for the time it takes to swap.
DetailsBusiness Liquidation Movers
Closing a location or liquidating assets in Orlando? Heavy Moving Company handles equipment removal and transport for gym, restaurant, retail, office, hotel and warehouse liquidations — including multi-location projects.
DetailsCommercial Kitchen Equipment Removal
When a kitchen closes or gets gutted for a remodel, the stainless has to come out — ranges, fryers, reach-ins, prep tables and sometimes walk-in panels. We remove it cleanly so the next trade can start.
DetailsRetail Fixture Removal
Store closing, rebrand or remodel? We take out gondola shelving, display cases, cash wraps and slatwall fixtures quickly, so you can hand back the space or start the build-out on time.
DetailsHotel Renovation Movers
Before a renovation crew can start, the rooms have to be empty — and afterward, everything has to go back or be replaced. We clear guest rooms, store or dispose of existing furniture and bring rooms back to life when the work is finished.
DetailsSpecialty Moving
Server Rack & IT Equipment Movers
A loaded server rack can weigh as much as a safe and is far more fragile. We move server racks, network cabinets, UPS units and heavy IT infrastructure between rooms, floors and buildings.
DetailsLab Equipment Movers
Labs at universities, research parks, clinics and testing facilities rely on heavy, sensitive equipment. We move eligible non-hazardous lab equipment and furniture once your team has decontaminated and prepared it.
DetailsGenerator & Heavy Equipment Placement
Getting a heavy unit from the truck to its final pad — across a yard, through a gate or into a mechanical room — is its own job. We place portable generators and similar heavy equipment where they need to sit.
DetailsSafe Movers
Need a safe moved in Orlando? Heavy Moving Company moves commercial safes, deposit safes, jewelry safes and fireproof record cabinets — including stairs, tight turns and second-floor placements that standard movers decline. Moving a residential gun safe? See our dedicated gun safe movers page.
DetailsGun Safe Movers
Need a gun safe moved in Orlando? Heavy Moving Company moves residential gun safes and long-gun cabinets — 400 lb entry safes through 1,500 lb-plus vault doors — including stair routes, tight closet placements and garage-to-interior relocations most movers turn down.
DetailsHot Tub & Spa Movers
Need a hot tub moved in Orlando? Heavy Moving Company relocates spas and hot tubs between homes, repositions them in the backyard, delivers new and used units, and removes old tubs — including yards where the only way in is over a fence or through a narrow side gate.
